Roland P. Valois – President
Mr. Valois is a licensed construction and real estate professional with over thirty years experience in historic restoration, residential, commercial and coastal construction. His in-depth knowledge of construction, real estate, land development and business management has provided continuous growth for the company he founded in 1983.
Roland’s keen attention to detail, astute planning and problem-solving skills afford clients a building experience well beyond their highest expectations. In addition to professional licenses, his credentials also include Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Green Professional and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist designations by the National Association of Home Builders.
Michael Woodby – Project Manager/Superintendent, Construction
Mr. Woodby has over 23 years of construction management experience including former positions as Vice President of Operations, Lead Project Manager and General Superintendent with previous construction firms. Michael grew up in the building industry and has widespread residential and commercial construction experience. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the CA&D Department of The University of Virginia Commonwealth. Michael holds an unrestricted construction supervisors license, and is EPA certified.
Michael’s extensive design build background and attention to fine details has earned him a reputation for excellence in meeting every expectation of quality and dependability. His steady dedication and professional integrity is well known throughout the industry and affords our clients a piece of mind that their project is in the best capable hands.
Blaine Young – Estimator/Superintendent
A licensed Construction Supervisor with over three decades of experience in residential and commercial building, Blaine provides a unified approach to each project phase… from initial stages through final completion. His extensive field experience and construction ingenuity are major contributors to our estimating process.

Donna Roderiques, CPA – Controller
Donna’s responsibilities at R.P. Valois & Company entail overall fiscal management of our company including administration of project costs. She is a certified public accountant with more than two decades of financial and administrative operations management. Her experience also includes several years in public accounting performing audits, reviews, compilations and management oversight for a variety of entity types.
