Mr. Valois is a licensed construction and real estate professional with over thirty years experience in historic restoration, residential, commercial and coastal construction. His in-depth knowledge of construction, real estate, land development and business management has provided continuous growth for the company he founded in 1983.
Roland’s keen attention to detail, astute planning and problem-solving skills afford clients a building experience well beyond their highest expectations. In addition to professional licenses, his credentials also include Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Green Professional and Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist designations by the National Association of Home Builders.
Anthony DiGiantommaso – Vice President, Construction
Mr. DiGiantommaso has over 30 years of commercial construction management experience including former positions as Project Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager with several prominent New England construction firms. Tony is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and has developed an impressive track record of success including direct leadership responsibilities on projects valued up to $38 million.

Charles W. Killam, Jr. – Chief Estimator
As a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor with a civil engineering degree from Cornell University, Charlie has amassed nearly 40 years of commercial construction estimating and senior project management experience. His extensive experience in pre-construction services… including feasibility, concept design, estimating and value-engineering, ensure budget expectations and potential cost savings are realized. Charlie’s sense of professionalism, accountability and ethics are also well-respected throughout our industry.
Blaine Young – Estimator/Superintendent
A licensed Construction Supervisor with over three decades of experience in residential and commercial building, Blaine provides a unified approach to each project phase… from initial stages through final completion. His extensive field experience and construction ingenuity are major contributors to our estimating process. Likewise, Blaine’s special rapport with the best subcontractors in our industry keeps Valois’ quality consistently superior and projects on track.
Derek Gracia – Controller
Derek is a Certified Economic Development Professional specializing in the areas of real estate development and credit analysis. His career experience includes fifteen years of financial operations management for various professional entities. Derek’s responsibilities at Valois entail financial administration of all project costs as well as the overall fiscal management of our company.
