Dear Roland,
Gerry and I would like to thank you for all your help, expertise and gifts during the construction of our new home. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. We were honored to be able to be interviewed and have our home photographed for the South Coast Magazine representing your company and its fine work. Everyone who comes to our home is impressed with the beautiful work that was done.
From the beginning of the process to the completion of our home and the sale of our old home, your company and its employees have been exceptional. We would like to thank and acknowledge them for their contributions. Kevin Caldwell did a wonderful job helping us with the design process. He was knowledgeable, professional and it was a pleasure working with him. Jeff Louro and his crew did a great job with the construction and finishing work with attention to detail and making sure we were happy with the results. All the subcontractors hired to help us with the finishing work were professional and helpful resulting in our beautiful new home. A special thank you to Bob Lima for his help in selling our home on Sassaquin Avenue.
R.P. Valois & Company and its employees are to be commended for their efforts and quality work. Gerry and I will certainly recommend your company to anyone interested in building a new home. We are so pleased with our home and look forward to many years at John Alden Farm.
Thanks Again,
Gerry & Kathie Lemieux
Roland, the house is perfect, much better than I ever dreamed. You have a terrific team of outstanding craftsmen who did fantastic work and were most courteous and thoughtful. All of our neighbors (or almost all) commented on how great they were. Jeff Louro is the best and deserves special mention !!! And a special thanks to you for having the initial vision and making the whole thing happen. Hope to see you soon. Happy 4th. Tom

“Roland renovated the restaurant about 7 years ago. I had a good experience with him so I had no problems deciding to go with R. P. Valois again”

“Just like 10 years ago when they did the original build-out of Blue Ginger, the R.P. Valois team was not only professional and detail-oriented, but also collaborative and tireless in their efforts. An outstanding job by an outstanding crew!”

Dear Roland:
… I want to thank you and your employees both for the quality of your work and your professionalism. Mike Smola was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to minimize the disruption to us. Sue and I are both delighted with the finished work…

Enclosed is a copy of the Occupancy Permit for our house in Nonquitt. I guess this means our new house is really done, and we now will shift our focus from building it to living in it. However, we can’t let this milestone event pass without telling you again how much we enjoyed working with you and how pleased we are with the new home you built for us.
I can’t tell you enough how delighted and impressed we were with all the people we dealt with during this project. Working with you personally and all the people working with you – both those working for R.P. Valois and all of your sub-contractors – was a real pleasure. All the people we met were pleasant, responsive to our questions (and you know I always asked lots of questions) and genuinely cared about the quality of their work and how something would be best for the house and us. The framing and closing-in of the house by your men was great to see. With your help they accomplished this design challenge right on schedule.
I never understood the full scope of finishing the interior of a house, watching Brian, Rick, Gary and Blaine do all their beautiful finish work was a real eye opener. Their skills in building staircases and all the built-ins was impressive, and getting to ask them about how they did it was a real education for me. Likewise, the painters showed great pride in their work, and Paul’s attention to detail made for a perfect job. People certainly make all the difference in achieving a quality product and happy customers, and you really do have a great team of wonderful people.
In addition to great people, we felt you did an outstanding job of administering the whole project and keeping track of all the moving parts. We know you had multiple jobs you were managing, but we always felt you were available to us and knew what was happening each day at our house. You showed great compassion and flexibility in dealing with and accommodating all our requests and sometimes subsequent changes in those request! We are well aware of the fact that there is often tension and friction between the architect and the builder. Well, you demonstrated remarkable restraint – not once did we feel that type of conflict became a problem. Equally impressive was that you could keep so much in your head and didn’t need to write it down!
We knew that having a new house would be a wonderful thing, but never imagined how much we would enjoy the building process – we owe you and your team a great deal of thanks for making building the house a real pleasure.

Dear Roland and Company,
Mike joins me in sending our sincere thanks for the wonderful gourmet basket that arrived at our home today. You picked the perfect gift for 2 people who not only like to cook but also love to eat.
We also want to thank you and your staff for the professional and cooperative spirit that was given to us over the past several months. That could have been a very stressful time in our lives turned out to be a positive experience. Not only your office staff but also the men on the job, were all so kind and helpful. We have been singing your praises all over town!
We love our home!!

Hi Roland,
I want to thank you and your employees for a job well done. I can’t say enough about your men. A real pleasure to work with. Please thank them all for me.
The windows are great.

Ivy raved about working with Valois, whom she described as “a gem”..
“I would do this again in a minute with Roland,” she said, which is not a comment that every new homeowner can make about the experience they had with builders. “All their people were so nice and they took so much pride in their work that it was almost like this was their own home.”
Ivy Feuerstadt
Dear Roland,
“As you’re no doubt aware, Paulo was here yesterday to finish the painting touch-ups on our house.”
“I couldn’t be more pleased: I bet this is a record for residential home punch list completions. We moved into the house about eighteen months ago – I suspect most contractors would have moved on by now, but you have seen the job through to the bitter end.”
“I don’t know if you do this, but I would like to make arrangements for your guys to come in once a year to take care of paint, scuffs, dings, etc., maybe each spring after the place has had a full winter of cooped up bashing. I’ll call you in April, 2007 to follow through, if you don’t mind.”
Thanks for all your cooperation on this project. The house is beautiful.
Best Regards,
Tom Gidwitz
Roland,
“I want you to know that I couldn’t have made it thru this kitchen renovation without Jeff Louro. He was the best. He was so reassuring and kept me informed on the progress and scheduling and I would have gone crazy without him.”
“You are blessed with a wonderful team of hard working guys.”
“Thanks for everything, looking forward to the new addition too..”
Renee Sherman
Roland,
“Thank you for a superb job and excellent workers. We look forward to completing the project in the spring when you can complete the outside painting and gutters.”
“Gratefully,”
Jackie Mitchell
